Quality is the foundation for the survival and development of a company. As a professional infrared thermal imaging lens design and manufacturing, infrared thermal imaging system integration team, Quanhom introduced the ISO9001 quality management system to provide customers with a full range of professional support:

Quanhom team ISO certification process
1. At the beginning of March 2021, after discussion by relevant company personnel, it was decided to introduce the ISO9001 quality system to strengthen the company's quality management and ensure a higher level of product quality and customer experience
2. At the end of March 2021, an external ISO9001 quality management system teacher will conduct quality training for all employees of the company, guide the company to build the ISO9001 quality management system framework, and guide the implementation of the quality management system details
3. On April 3, 2021, formulate the quality policy "Quality is the first, service is the source, development is the key, and innovation is the soul". All departments work closely together to formulate ISO9001 quality management system documents
4. On April 8, 2021, under the guidance of external teachers, the ISO9001 quality management system began trial operation
5. On June 8, 2021, after 2 months of trial operation, an internal audit and management review will be carried out, and changes will be made to unreasonable and non-compliant procedures and standards, etc.
6. On November 19 and 20, 2021, during the on-site audit by the teacher of the external audit agency, the audit process was smooth, and it was confirmed that it complied with the ISO9001 quality management system
7. On December 3, 2021, the ISO9001 quality management system certificate was confirmed and issued by ZhongQiu United International Certification(Beijing) Co., Ltd.
Quanhom earnestly implements the ISO9001 quality management system, quantifies all events in the production process, and removes the impact of human subjective factors on products.
According to the highly customized characteristics of infrared thermal imaging products, the company formulates different product configuration tables for different customers. After the customer order is placed, the technical department will prepare the product configuration table according to the customer's order requirements and refer to the customer's most recent three order production and delivery conditions. <Production BOM>, <Process Inspection Record Form>, all the data will be uniformly transferred to the production department and quality control department for production tasks.
The strict warehousing inspection process, whether it is raw materials, semi-finished products, or finished products, will be professionally and carefully inspected before entering the warehouse. All quality-related records are kept for more than 3 years for reference. The following briefly lists the main items of warehousing inspection:
1. The appearance of the structure has no bumps
2. Grease confirmation
3. Confirmation of hardware such as screws
4. The lens is inspected according to the U.S. military standard 60/40 standard
5. Check gear meshing to ensure effective and stable gear transmission
6. Check motor performance, power-on operation, confirm motor noise, motor running current fluctuation
7. Check the lens drive cam mechanism to confirm whether it runs smoothly, whether there are abnormal noises, jams, etc.
8. Imaging inspection, the lens is equipped with a movement for imaging testing to confirm that the lens imaging is qualified
